Kansas City Party Blues Band – Knock Kneed Sally

Knock Kneed Sally Knock Kneed Sally is a regionally touring band home based in the Midwest. A bluesy mix of original Blues tunes that continue to have an ever growing following between the mountain ranges in the US. Voted the “Best Blues Band” in Kansas in 2010. (Music Mates) Having opened for Lil Ed and the Blues Imperials, Jimmy Thackery, Sugar Blue, Tinsley Ellis, etc. as well as headlining their own festivals and shows. Playing 140 to 160 shows a year has created a tight / hard groove that audiences love and come back for, over and over again. Knock Kneed Sally continues to expand her reach as the band has shows to be announced in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Iowa and Illinois.  This will be an amazing year for the band as they are currently working on...

Festivals and Benefits – Knock Kneed Sally

Crossroads Blues Fest, Kansas City – June 17th Knock Kneed Sally opened the Crossroads Blues Fest for Lil Ed and the Blues Imperials, Jimmy Thackery, and Sugar Blue. KKS had a blast opening the Crossroads Blues Fest to an enthusistic crowd. Eureka Springs Blues Fest, Eureka Springs Arkansas – June 3rd and 4th… Knock kneed Sally had a blast playing a double header at the Squid and Whale holding up our part of a Blues Fest that drew 80,000 music fans headlined by Coca Montoya and Tinsley Ellis. KKS did there part pounding out a 5 hour show as the girls were dancing on the bar until 2am.
